Itinerary
Your day begins early with a 5:00 AM pickup from your hotel in Cusco. From there, we travel by road for approximately two hours to the Andean village of Cusipata, where you’ll enjoy a warm breakfast surrounded by mountain scenery.
After breakfast, we continue driving deeper into the Andes until we reach the trailhead at the base of the famous Vinicunca.
From this point, the adventure begins with a scenic hike of about 4 km toward the breathtaking viewpoint. Along the way, you’ll walk through the striking landscapes of the Red Valley and the colorful slopes that make Rainbow Mountain one of Peru’s most extraordinary natural wonders.
After taking time to admire the views and capture photos, we begin our descent. On the return journey, you’ll pass beautiful high-altitude lagoons that mirror the vibrant mountain colors — a perfect final touch to this unforgettable experience.
We return to Cusco around 6:00 PM.
