During her career she has worked in different areas such as: tourist restaurant, hotel management, customer service, leading groups of tourists to the different tourist routes, travel agency administration and founder of Aita Peru.

For about 40 years the tourism in Peru has been concentrated only in some specific areas so that indigenous people living in extreme poverty conditions have been excluded or isolated from all economic and social benefit from tourism.
